Short documentary about Bernardo Alberto Houssay (1887-1971), Argentine physiologist whose research on the role of the pituitary gland represented an important advance in the understanding and treatment of diabetes. He was honored in 1947 with the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine, becoming the second South American Nobel Prize.
